Food Quotes…and Salmon Spread

Salmon Spread

2 c. minced smoked salmon
3 TBL minced onion
1 small jar pickled capers
2-3 TBL olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
Cracked black pepper to taste

Mix well. Serve with a small bowl of sour cream laced with fresh dill. Spread a little sour cream on a cracker or toast point, add a spoonful of the salmon mixture, fill your mouth….heaven!
